The discussions on new concept have just recently started in Lithuania, whereas we suggest not discussing but applying the new notions in practice. We are proposing to get familiar with real examples, test and procure IT as a service (a specific fragment of it or the whole IT)  together with the benefits of agility, flexibility in time as well as resources and on a higher level than Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) suggests.
 

Bridge2cloud.lt is a web portal by Blue Bridge, group of companies providing IT services and solutions. This web page is dedicated to Cloud Computing and intends to raise its popularity in Lithuania. Other significant goals are such as advocacy of new business models using IT as well as analysis of new specific services and examples of how to apply them in practice.
  
Why Cloud Computing? Cloud Computing is currently the most rapidly developing area of IT. This is the most innovative way to provide IT services. It eliminates the need for the users to worry about information technologies. This concept will alter our understanding of IT just like personal computers did a few decades ago or a decade ago – the Internet. New ideas and technologies are coming to Lithuania inevitably.
 
Why Blue Bridge? For seventeen years we do what we know the best. Adapting to the changing market needs and technological innovations we suggest replacing the traditional provisioning forms of IT services and solutions with the new ones, such as, procuring IT infrastructure, platform or software as a service.
