This service enables using advanced e-mail solutions and at the same time has the functionality necessary for the office activities: shared calendar for organizational planning and individual planning of tasks, shared contact list, reservation of resources. After adopting this service, the customer was able to discard the file server, as e-mail and collaboration service also provides a space for document sharing. This decision has helped for the company to increase its IT infrastructure reliability, as the service is provided from the high-availability data center with implemented backup solution. The service is charged monthly, and the fee depends on the number of employees. This enables to easily adapt IT resource capabilities regarding given situation.

Will my data be safe?
Yes, e-mail and collaboration service is fully protected from information damage or illegitimate use as well as from inadvertent loss. The service is provided from data center with implemented protection from fire, flooding, unauthorized physical access and external break-in.  Daily back-up copies are made, so even unintentionally deleted data will not be lost. 
 
Currently the company is still growing, is the e-mail and collaboration service needed?
